C.O. Card Home and Museum - This is the original
log cabin of Charles Ora Card - leader of the 40 Mormon
families who immigrated here from Utah in 1887. The Museum
is designated as a Provincial Historic Site. Open:

Courthouse Museum and Archives - The longest used
courthouse in Alberta was built of local stone quarried at
the Cardston Stone Quarry.

Alberta Temple - This marble structure was the
first Mormon temple located in Canada and features
beautifully landscaped grounds. Visitor's centre offers
films and pictures showing the interior of the temple.

Police Outpost Provincial Park - Most southerly of
Alberta's provincial parks, located on a small lake on the
International Boundary near the mountains. A police outpost
was set up in the area in 1891 to control smuggling.
